No-Bake Chocolate Fudge Tart
Description
Your friends and family will rave about this chocolate fudge tart! The best part (besides the taste) is that it is super simple to make! No baking at all. Whip this up in a flash and present a dessert that is sure to please.

3/4 cup(s) half-and-half or light cream
3 tablespoon(s) sugar
6 ounce(s) semisweet chocolate chopped
2 ounce(s) unsweetened chocolate chopped
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
1 ready-to-use chocolate cookie piecrust (6-ounce)
1/2 cup(s) heavy or whipping cream
Chocolate shavings for garnish
Preparation
In microwave-safe medium bowl, combine half-and-half and 2 tablespoons sugar. Heat mixture in microwave oven on High 1 1/2 minutes or until very hot. Add chocolates and vanilla and stir until chocolates melt. Pour mixture into piecrust. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or up to 3 days.
To serve, in small bowl, with mixer at medium speed, beat heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add remaining 1 tablespoon sugar; beat until stiff peaks form. With spatula, spread whipped cream over chocolate filling. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
