Oatmeal Butterscotch Cookies

Here's a good treat for the holidays. This is 1 of my favorite cookie recipes.

3/4 cup butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups oats
1 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
Preparation
Preheat ovento 375 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, beat butter with an electric mixer on medium speed. Add brown sugar, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda. Beat until combined.
Beat in eggs and vanilla until combined.
Beat in the flour gradually until combined. Stir in the oats and butterscotch chips. Drop cookie dough by rounded Tbsp. on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for approx. 10 mins. or until golden brown.
