Orange Marinated Chicken
Description
A combination of citrus flavor and mustard give this chicken dish a sensational flavor.

1 whole chicken, halved
2 juiced oranges
1 teaspoon Paprika
7.5 oz Wholegrain mustard
3 tablespoons honey
Preparation
Preheat oven to 200 degrees C
Spray your roasting pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Place the chicken halves skin side downwards in the roasting pan.
Pour the orange juice over chicken and marinade for a few hours.
Right before roasting, season the chicken, all over with salt and pepper to taste, and a sprinkle of paprika.
Roast the chicken on the bottom rack for approximately 1 hour, turning halfway.
Remove chicken from oven and spread the chicken all over with the mustard and drizzle some honey.
Return the chicken to the oven, skin side up and roast for another 30 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown.
