Poor Man's Oriental Chicken
Description
During my husband's college years, he and his roomates would make up inexpensive dishes for their dinner. This is one of their favorite dishes.
I tried it and it turned out pretty good.

6 boneless chicken thighs
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tsp. lemon herb seasoning per thigh
1 tsp. garlic salt per thigh
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 cup vegetable oil.
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Coat a baking dish with oil.
Place chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour soy sauce on the chicken.
Sprinkle chicken with lemon herb seasoning, garlic salt, and parsley.
Bake for 30 mins. or until done.
Garnish with lemon slices.
