Pan Fried Top Sirloin Steak
Description
I was looking for a different way to cook steak and I found a steak rub called Ron's char rub. It;s great on most meats. You can use it on beef, pork, and chicken.

2-8oz. Top Sirloin Steaks
2 Tbsps. Ron's Char Rub(sprinkled on both sides of steak)
Garlic Salt to taste
2 Tbsps. Veg. Oil
Preparation
Preheat frying pan.Pour oil into pan.
Rub steak with the char rub and garlic salt. Fry steak 10 mins on both sides or until done to taste. It's a good meal sreved with twice baked potatoes and a fresh tossed salad. You can garnish the meat with parsley.
