That's a great mixture of tastes. I wanted to use some peanuts and a chocolate bar I had at home in a dessert. So I had the Ideia to combine them in a tasty brownie recipe!
6 oz semisweet chocolate
2 oz butter
1 cup Sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup chopped peanuts
1 cup flour
Place in a pan the chocolate and the butter and melt it in a water-bath.
In another bowl, beat the egg whites; add the egg yolks, the sugar and the vanilla essence.
After, incorporate the chocolate cream, the flour and the baking soda.
Mix everything until you get a very smooth batter.
Now add the chopped peanuts and mix.
Grease a cake pan and pour the batter.
Bake at 350 degrees, in preheated oven, for 20 minutes.
Tip: For the brownie to be soft inside, when cold, remove it from the oven when inside still slightly moist.
