1 ¼ cups all purpose flour
¾ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
¾ cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup butter (softened
)
½ cup Sugar
½ cup brown sugar (firmly packed)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
5 tablespoons milk
1 package semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. In a small bow, combine all your dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix well and set a side. In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Mix in egg and milk and mix well. Now gradually add in your dry mixture. Stir well while you are adding it. Once combined, add in chocolate chips and mix thoroughly. On greased cookie sheets, drop spoonfuls of dough about 1 inch apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and place on a cooling rack. Mmm! Enjoy!
