English Gypsy Toast with French Cheese and Herbs
Description
It has been hundreds of years ago when the English had a rivalry with the French. So history has got over with it and its time to blend together the two nations into a one simple breakfast delight.

2 bread (sidecrusts taken out)
1 medium sized egg
1/4 cup fresh milk
butter
Olive Oil
4 slices Camember cheese
dill
Tarragon
Salt And Pepper
Preparation
* Slice the bread in half diagonally.
* Beat the egg, gradually add in some milk. a bit of olive oil, and some salt and pepper. Dunk both sides of the bread. Sprinkle with some tarragon and dill.
* Put the pan in low to medium heat. Grease with some olive and butter, then fry both sides of the bread. Add a slice of Camembert cheese on each bread and carefully flip it over. Brown the cheese for a minute. The trick is to be able flip back the bread over with the cheese intact. It's simple when the bread is smaller.
* Put it the plate and sprinkle a little bit of tarragon and dill over the cheese. You may drizzle a little bit of olive oil if you desire. I usually pair this dish with some tomato soup our mush room soup and sausages. You may sprinkle some browned bacon tidbits if you want. Enjoy!!
Serves 1-2 persons.
