Pineapple Jalapeno Pizza

There is a little pizza place in our town that serves my boyfriend’s favorite pizza. When I first heard him order the pineapple and jalapeno pizza I thought it sounded strange, but after trying it, I discovered it is actually very good! They use the large chunks of pineapple on their version, but you can also use crushed or smaller chunks if you prefer them. We make ours like the original, with just pineapple and jalapeno, but feel free to throw in some other ingredients as well. Canadian bacon is a great choice to pair with this quick recipe.
