2 Large Bell Pepper,Diced
2 Large Onion, Diced
2 Cans Stewed Tomatoes, Pureed
2 Cans Tomato Soup

3 Lbs Ground beef, seasoned
3 green bell pepper, diced
2 Large White Onions, Diced
2 Cans Stewed Tomatoes, Pureed
2 Cans tomato soup
Preparation
Brown ground beef. Set aside. Saute bell pepper and onions together. Add to beef. Pour in tomatoes and soup. Cook on low heat for about 20-25 minutes, stirring ocassionally. Mixture will be thick. I like to serve it with a big dollop of sour cream. Enjoy.
