Pork Chops & Rice
Description
This recipe came from Grandma, I have modified it a bit by adding the can tomatoes that the juice came from,helps to add extra texture and flavour to the recipe.

4 Pork chops
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 1/4 cup bouillon powder and water
3/4 cup tomatoe juice or water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup cooked or canned mushrooms
1/2 cup rice (raw)
Preparation
brown pork chops on both sides, remove from pan, then satay onion and celery for 2 min, then add bouillon and water + salt, then sprinkle rice and cheese on top, finally return pork chops to pan, now simmer for 30 min in a electric frying pan
