16 oz.roll pork sausage,breakfast rolls
16 oz.roll mild Italian sausage rolls
16 oz.roll lean ground beef
2-(26 1/2 oz cans favorite traditional spaghetti sauce
1 can (14oz) sliced carrots, mashed
1 can (14oz) diced beets, mashed
1 can (14.5oz. fire roasted diced tomatoes with roasted garlic
2 cans (10.75oz) puree tomatoes
2 (4oz) (pieces & stems) mushrooms
1-2 Tablespoons sugar (cuts the acid in tomatoes)

Preparation

I start my meats frying, the water for the pasta boiling, then while those are starting, take out all the cans, open, put ingredients into micro- waveable bowls and start heating them, while this is heating you can be stirring the meat into chunks cook until brown and well done. Salad and garlic bread goes well with this.Fruit of anykind is good for dessert. Make it Easy, Make it fast, will taste like you worked all day, and whats best is you will have leftover sauce to freeze for next time. When water is boiling, put in pasta, follow its cooking instructions. Meat should be done, all other ingredients should be done, add all ingredients together while pasta finishes cooking. Cover and get dishes out for dinner, this is good, you can use whatever kind of meat you like the best. I just buy the small rolls and freeze them and they thaw out in microwave fast. Enjoy your meal and company.
