Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, your family will ask for this tasty chicken again and again. My daughter (who hates to cook) makes this often and my son-in-law and grandsons love it (there are never leftovers!). She likes to serve it with oven-roasted potatoes and a salad or green beans
4 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup bottled ranch dressing
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
Dip chicken into dressing, then coat with bread crumbs. Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken in oil 15 to 25 minutes, turning once, until outside is golden brown and juice is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.
