Bean's Red Hot Dogs, large bag.
6-8 Med. size potatoe, leave peeling on
1 Lg. onion, chopped
1 minced garlic
Montreal Steakhouse seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
4+ cup water
3 tbs. butter
Preparation
Cut up potato into bite sizes pieces. Do not peel them. Add them to water and let them to start to boil. Meanwhile cut up the onion and add that to potato. Add salt and pepper, garlic (I use already minced garlic if I dont have any fresh garlic in the house) and Montreal Steakhouse seasoning. While all this cooking I cut up the Red Hot Dogs, we do prefer Bean's brand, but you can use any brand red hot dogs. Cut the dogs into bite size pieces. Add to potatoes when the potato is soft. Simmer for about 15 minutes. Add butter just before you serve it.
Hope you like it.
