I just enjoy treating this as a one "Piece of Art"!!! it is spongy, tasteyyyy, and beautifully reddish..


1Tsp Vanilla essence
2Cups All purpose flour
2Cups Sugar
1Tsp Baking powder
1Cup Vegetable oil
5Drops Red food coloring
1Tsp Baking soda
1Tsp White vinegar
2 Eggs
1Tsp Salt
1Cup Buttermilk
2Tbs Cocoa powder


Mix all dry ingredients in a medium bowl
Add oil, eggs, vanilla, buttermilk, and vinegar
Mix well until combined
Finally add the red food coloings and whisk
Fill 12-hole cupcake tray with cupcake cases
Fill each with 2/3
Bake on 350 degrees F or 175 degree C in center of oven for 20 minutes or until tooth pick inserted in middle of cake comes out clean
Let cool in tray for 10 minutes
When cooled completely, frost with cream cheese frosting
Store in fridge until serving
