Sandwiches stuffed with pumpkin and bacon
Description
morsels of bread dough from the surface enriched with pumpkin seed brittle.

250 gr flour
6 gr fresh yeast
3 gr Sugar
140 gr water
15 gr Oil
5 gr salt
speck strips
pumpkin grilled and chopped
buffalo mozzarella, cut into small pieces
Pumpkin Seeds
poppy seeds
emulsion of oil, water and salt
Preparation
Mix the ingredients for the six-order sandwiches and work the mixture well.
Divide into six pieces, possibly of the same size so the cooking will be uneven.
Roll out, helping you with your fingers, pasta, so you can fill them with mozzarella and roasted squash with damp paper towels and strips of bacon.
Close to form a ball placed in aluminum cups of first brushing of oil or anoint them if they are not silicone, as of my Silikomart.
Put the cups on baking sheet and let rise in a warm place, well covered for 45-60 minutes or until doubled in volume.
Brush the surface with an emulsion of water, oil and salt and sprinkle with poppy seeds and pumpkin seeds.
Bake at 220°C for 12-15 minutes in a convection oven.
Serve hot.
