Seasoned Lobster Tail

My husband and I love seafood and we're always trying new ways to cook lobster.
WE steamed a lobster tail in our steamer with some delicious seasonings and herbs. It came out great. This would be good for company.

add to shopping list Ingredients

1 1 lb. lobster tail
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp. tarragon

Preparation

Preheat steamer or double boiler with a strainer insert. Split the lobster tail down the back of the shell. Place the lobster in the steamer. Pour water in the steamer and add the herbs and garlic in the water. Cook for approximately 25 to 30 mins. Serve when the lobster is tender. You can garnish it with thin lemon slices or parsley. sprigs. This is good serve with a baked potato and fresh tossed salad.
