This is an extremely simple dish to make. Its also healthy and delicious. Prep and cook time are about 25 minutes but allow for an additional 25 minutes to marinate fish.
4 pieces salmon fillets (1 1/2 to 2lbs)
1.5 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 tsp grapeseed oil or sesame oil
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp soy sauce (light if you prefer)
2 cloves crushed garlic
3/4 tbsp ginger, finely grated
pinch Paprika
1 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Rinse and pat dry salmon. Spray bottom of a baking dish and place salmon in dish. Pour lemon juice over salmon. Combine remaining ingredients except for sesame seeds and rub on salmon pieces. Marinade for about 25 minutes. Turn after 15 minutes. Sprinkle sesame seeds over salmon and bake for about 15 minutes, uncovered, or until easily flaked with a fork.
Tip: Add leftovers to a salad.

This was wonderful! An easy, quick recipe for salmon that tastes great. I served it with an asian-style salad and it was a great compliment!
