1 oz butter
4 oz peeled shrimp
1/2 pint bachemel sauce-white roux
4 oz Red Leichester cheese (any red)
4 hard boiled eggs
salt
fresh ground pepper
1 tsp Dash Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
Melt butter in sauce pan
Add shrimp and heat 4 minutes
Stir in white sauce
When heated thoroughly, add 2 oz grated cheese
Remove from heat and add hard boiled eggg dice to size yopu want
Season to taste
Add dash of Worcestershire Sauce
Pour in 4 Ramekin dishes
Sprinkle with grated cheese
Place in 450 oven until brown
