Spiced Honey Chicken
Description
This recipe was created for my mom who is in end stage renal failure. There is no salt but lots of flavor!

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp grated ginger
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy
1/2 cup Pineapple juice, non-sweetened
2 tbsp white wine
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Preparation
Wash and dry chicken and slice each piece in half to make four thin slices. Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl. Place chicken pieces and marinade in zipper bag and place in refrigrator. Let it marinade 1-2 hours.
Remove chicken from bag and put on hot grill that has been sprayed with non-stick spray or wiped with olive oil. Baste chicken often. Cook until done, approximately 15-20 minutes.
I like to serve with Hawaian Rice and a green salad.
