Here's a delicious candy recipe I found from an old family recipe.
It's good for the holidays!
1 cup pecan halves
2 tsps. egg whites
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In a small mixing bowl, place pecans. Add the egg whites and stir the pecans until well coated. Add sugar and spices, mix well.
Spread the mixture on to a baking sheet and bake for 30 mins.
