Spoon Bread

Family favorite, easy and delicious hot or cold.

2 box jiffy cornbread mix
1 can creamed corn
1 can drained whole corn
1 stick butter
1 onion chipped and sauteed
2 cup sour cream
2 cup shredded cheese
Preparation
melt butter in 13 x 9 glass dish.
Make cornbread mix adding both cans of corn. Stir until mixed well adding butter to mix before pouring into dish. Layer sauteed onions on top, sprinkle with cheese and dollops of sour cream for each serving suggestion. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Spoon and enjoy.
