Sunday Chicken

Submitted by:

Description

I went to a family reunion a few years ago and my son, as well as the rest of us loved this chicken! So of course I had to get the recipe. Once I found that the ingredients only consisted of 2 things that I probably had in my spice cabinet, I was hooked!! The lady (who I think was like a 8th cousin or something) told me that it had no name, it was just something that she came up with and her children loved it so much, she just called it Sunday chicken b/c she would make it every Sunday after church for her family.

4-6 chicken (breasts/thighs/wings or whatever your favorite pieces)
? Paprika
? Lemon pepper

Preparation

-spray baking dish with Pam.
-sprinkle (pretty much cover) both sides of chicken with eqaul amounts of paprika and lemon pepper.
-cover and bake at 400 for 50 minutes and turn over 1/2 way through.
-uncover and continue to cook for additional 10-20 minutes, depending upon how crispy/dry you like it. I like mine kinda dry.
