Super Quick Chicken Pot Pie
Description
This is an easy recipe for Chicken Pot Pie that the whole family will enjoy. Great for an easy meal on those hectic weeknights.

1 can White Meat Chicken Breast, drained
1 can Veg-All (mixed vegetables with potatoes), drained
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
2 Frozen Pie Crusts (thawed)
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Press one pie crust into 8" pie plate, pierce bottom with fork.
3. Combine all ingredients (except pie crust)with spoon until well combined.
4. Pour mixture into pie crust, cover with second crust and pinch edges to seal. Make a few slits in top crust to vent.
5. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until cooked through. Let stand 5-10 minutes to set and enjoy!
