Surf 'n' Irish Turf

Description

Come to Ireland and make this dish.

Ingredients

Scallops
Denny's Butcher Style black pudding
Mazzetti Balsamico Cremoso

Preparation

Book Aer Lingus to Dublin. Buy Denny's Butcher Style black pudding. Preferably the one with apple in it. Enjoy Ireland. The pudding will keep.

Upon return, get scallops from your local market and a bottle of creme of balsamic vinegar from the delicatessen.

Find your best plate. Paint a balsamic dash across it.

Fry slices of black pudding. I like it crispy. Sear the scallops, you know how.

Arrange pudding on the plate, prettily. Place scallops on top.

Surf 'n' Irish Turf!

Alternatively, use brown sauce (HP) instead of balsamico.
