Sweet Potato Casserole

3 c. canned sweet potatoes,
drained and mashed
8 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. whole pecans
Preparation
Mix first 6 ingredients together; spread into a greased 2 qt. baking pan and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan; heat over low heat until butter is melted and sugar dissolves. Pour over sweet potato mixture; bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
