Sometimes you want a regular burger, and sometimes you want to change it up a little. This quick recipe is a great way to jazz up your burgers! Tangy teriyaki sauce and sweet pineapple add great flavor to this quick recipe. Serve them at your next party and all of your guests will rave about them!
1 pound ground beef
1 can pineapple rings
¼ sweet onion (minced)
2 tablespoons wheat crackers (crushed)
½ cup teriyaki soy sauce
1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon bread crumbs
Sliced Monterey Jack Cheese
Mix all the ingredients, besides the pineapple and cheese, together in a bowl. Make sure fully combined. Cover and refrigerate for a few hours to let all the sauce soak in. Once ready, form your patties and set aside. Heat your grill to medium/high (or skillet if you are cooking them on the stove). Cook for about 8-10 minutes on each side. Top with Monterrey jack cheese, and pineapple slices. Yum!
