Back to the recipe...
Assemble your new Taco Rack Sr and place it on an aluminum lined 15"x !0" Cookie Sheet.
Place 6 Hard Corn Taco Shells into the Taco Slots on the Taco Rack and set aside.
In a skillet, add canola oil and the meat of choice for your meal. Lean is the way to go or you must drain off fat before stuffing the tacos.
Add the Garlic powder, Dry Oregano, Onion Powder, Kosher Salt, Dry Cumin, Chili Powder.
Stir and chop the meat as it cooks. You want small pieces of meat for the tacos.
Once the meat is cooked, add the beer and leave it on the heat, until all the fluid has evaporated.
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees and place the tray of tacos on the Taco Rack into the oven to crisp the shells. Leave in 3-5 minutes depending on your liking.
Once toasted, remove the tray of tacos and place on the counter. Spoon in the prepared meats with ease to your desired amount.
Add shredded cheese to the tops of all the meat filled tacos and return to the hot oven to melt the cheese.
When the cheese has melted over the meat, remove the tray from the oven and serve directly to the table. Hot Crisp Tacos which are actually hot for a change.
On the table, have the lettuce, salsa and just about any cold taco garnish you can think of!
Have your dinner guest personalize their own taco with garnishing while you do your own.
When you bite into a hot crisp Taco Rack Taco with Melted Cheese, you will see how that cheese holds the ingrediens in and reduces shattering of the shell when bitten.
Once you try Taco Cooking my way, I assure you that you will NEVER go back to making tacos the traditional way.

Sounds like you had fun making these. Well done. You're starting to catch my interest in this food. I like the soft tacos, but have bypassed the ones in the crunchy shells. Now I'll have to give them a go.
Many people have left the hard shells... They were just too difficult. Most ended up with nachos... When you cook the tacos on the Taco Rack, you lock it all in and reduce shell breakage. Not to mention you will never eat a hotter crispier taco! Hard shell tacos are more fun... Soft tacos are basically a flat borrito... They are tasty but you have to try a soft taco with the melted cheese stuffed full and cooked in my cookware...
