1 Tbs Oil
4 eggs
4 Breakfast Sausage Links

Pan fry 4- Breakfast sausage links in a little water. Let the water evaporate and brown the links on a medium heat. When cooked, set them aside.

This looks really cool -- any chance you can share a picture? Would love to see what it looks like!
Thank you SB9 for the comment, I added an image as you requested. I know this is not a complicated dish, but once you try it and serve it to the family, they will want it over and over. It is surprising how filling it is. I usually can eat just one. I have tried to scramble eggs but found fall out of the taco annoying. Making the egg into a small omelette is the best. I have also made it with Turkey or Pork bacon, but found it is best to cut the meats up and lay it into the egg when cooking. The key is to keep it together so when the person grabs it to bite it, that it stays together as one. Let your mind go and think of the many different ingredients you can create this with... My favorite is Sausage egg and cheese, but the combinations are endless. I plan to introduce this to the major breakfast chain restaurants, my hopes are they see how popular they really are, once you try it. If you give this a try, please let me know how satisfying it is. Forgive me with my products, you can make them without it, but my Taco Rack Singles make it much easier and a better presentation... I will soon be posting my Taco Rack Ice Cream Taco dessert... That is awesome! Have a great day and give this the rating you feel it deserves! Nicolas
Thanks Rmay, they are awesome! When you have the flavors of breakfast all in one bite, it is very tasty. The drizzle of syrup just tops it! Experiment and make changes with the ingredients and come up with new ones. You can make this without my Taco Rack Single, but it is not as fun. My next recipe will blow you away! Coming soon, Ice Cream Tacos....
Pancake tacos holding the sausage and eggs is a new concept to me. Cannot wait to get my hands on one! Good one.
I am happy to get you all excited about them. I am sorry I have been working on putting together manufacturing quotes and a new retail package for the stores. I am entered in a competition for DRTVV next month as well... So my hopes are to bring my products to retail, then enlighten the world about Taco Cooking... With the help of my friend, I may follow this dream to it's conclusion!!! Thank you all for the support!
Tacos are not Mexican anymore... Americans invented the hard shell, and it is our country who turned it from a street food to a gourmet meal. All my tools as you say do is take away the problems dealing with them, improves the outcome of all you cook and reduces clean up. This freedom allows people to become creative. Shicken and Brie Tacos on the BBQ is what we had last weekend! When it comes to Tacos, we are not in Kansas anymore... LOL
