Theresa's Surprise Pasta

Submitted by:

Description

I was drinking a toast to Christy (my late kitty) and remembered I hadn't eaten. The beer and cherries gave me an idea, so I began grabbing ingredients and POOF!

This is dedicated to little Christy.

I'm so sorry about your little Christy, but you have created a dish fit for a queen in her honor. Perhaps you should have a beer more often. It seems to bring out your culinary talents. I want to know how the cherries in the dish tasted after absorbing the other flavors.

they were spectacular. the saltiness of the capers and the crunchy bacon and drippings, with the beer and sweetness of the peas was a match made in my mouth.
