Tomato Pesto Shrimp Lavash

Purchased lavash at the store today and this is what I came up with!

2 T Olive Oil
1.5 tsp rosemary
2 Tblsp Tomato Pesto dipping oil
4 T+ Tomato Pesto
1 Bunch Green onion, chopped
4 oz sliced bella mushrooms
24 medium cooked peeled & deveined shrimp
2 lavash bread
1 cup crumbled blue cheese or feta cheese
Preparation
Brush one side of lavash with olive oil, sprinkle with hand crushed rosemary. Bake @ 450 for 4-6 minutes - watch till begins to brown. Flip bread - brush with dipping oil. Drop tomato pesto over bread. Sprinkle with chopped green onion, sliced mushrooms, shrimp and cheese of choice. Bake @ 350 for 5-8 minutes till cheese softens and/or melts. Stunning flavors!!!
