Tomato Pie

9" pie shell
5 oz medium tomatoes
1 c Mayonnaise
1 c mixed cheese
1 tsp basil
1 tsp Oregano
salt
pepper
1 c crouton
Preparation
Mix one cup of mayonnaise and one cup of cheese
Bake pie shell 10 minutes or less
Can put egg white on bottom and sides
Cover bottom of shell with croutons
Layer sliced tomatoes
Season with salt, basil, pepper, and oregano
Place cheese and mayonnaise over tomatoes
Place another tomato layer and season
Top season with mayo-cheese
Crest pie as you near top- do not make it even with shell
Bake 350 for 45-50 minutes
