Description

This is just something I came up with...fast. It's really affordable and delish!

Ingredients

chopped onions
pickle relish
Mayo
pepper
Salt
Pita bread
Cheese
Tomato
Tuna in olive oil
cream cheese

Preparation

In a bowl combine chop onions, tuna (drained), pickle, relish, mayo and cream cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste. You can also add chilli powder for a little spice(optional).

Heat up your pita bread in a stove top fire for less than a min on each side or until the bread puffs.

Spread the tuna mixture on your pita bread.

Add sliced tomato and grated cheese.

Fold the pita in half and cut in three small triangles (or wrap it up, depending on how you prefer to eat it).

Bon apetite!
