Tuna Noodle Salad
Description
This dish has been with me many years. I came up with it when I was on Weight Watchers diet plan years ago. It was good because 1, I love tuna and 2, when dieting, I only ate little and this is very filling. And one fixing of this will give you a few meals. Unless your a whole family eating it for a meal.

2 cups Elbow macaroni (or your choice of macaroni)
2 5oz cans Tuna (in water)(if not like Tuna, you can use chicken)
1 can peas
1 cup Mayonnaise
3 boiled eggs
Salt And Pepper
Grated cheese (your choice of cheese)
Preparation
Cook macaroni and boil 3 eggs.
Drain water from macaroni and place macaroni in large bowl.
Now chop Tuna into smaller pieces and add to bowl.
Drain and add peas. Put in 1 cup of mayonnaise. Cut up and add 3 boiled eggs.
Mix all together well.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Once you have put some on plate, I sprinkle the cheese on top. Very tasty on a bed of lettuce and slices of tomatoes on the side.
Notes:
Only cooking time is for noodles and boiling eggs.
Servings, depends on how much you eat. (I was forced to add a servings number when adding recipe)
