1 ½ pounds ground turkey
1 ½ cup bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Pepper to taste
Preparation
The night before you want to serve them (if possible), combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Form into patties and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to blend. If you cannot wait over night that is fine. Cook on a grill over medium heat for about 10 minutes on each side. Serve with lots of fresh veggies and toasted rolls.

I have been trying to find something healthy to make and enjoy, and this was the perfect recipe!!! SO delicious!! Thanks for sharing!
I love making turkey burgers. I usually putted sauteed chopped onion in mine. Love the idea of using Lipton onion soup mix instead.
Can't go wrong with those ingredients. Soup mix is some crazy secret ingredient. I don't know why more people don't use it in more recipes. Thanks for the post!
