Most people love hamburgers, but not everyone loves the fat that goes along with them. These juicy turkey burgers are a great alternative for those who are watching their weight, or just want to try something a little lighter. This recipe is simple to make, but will easily become one of your favorites.
1 ½ pounds ground turkey
1 ½ cup bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Pepper to taste
The night before you want to serve them (if possible), combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Form into patties and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to blend. If you cannot wait over night that is fine. Cook on a grill over medium heat for about 10 minutes on each side. Serve with lots of fresh veggies and toasted rolls.
