Vegetarian Toad in the Hole

My mother made this just last week, and it was wonderful. She said she had made it before, but not where she got the recipe.

4 Pieces bread
The amount you need to grease the pan Butter or Olive Oil
4 eggs
Preparation
Put a frying pan on the stove. Grease pan by pouring on a little bit of olive oil or lightly greasing the pan with butter/margerine.
Cut holes in the middle of the bread. Size of hole depends on your preferences.
Put toast in frying pan, turn on heat to maybe 4-5 ish, medium setting for some stoves.
Pour eggs into the holes quickly. When one side of bread and egg is done, flip it over. I think you know when bread is toasted and eggs are done.
OPTIONAL: Toast bread before making the toad in the holes makes for an extra crunchy treat.
