Sundried Tomatoes in Oil (To Taste)
Capers (1.5 Tablespoons)
Rosemary (To Taste)
Lemon Juice/Zest/Crystals (To Taste)
This is one of the dishes I developed to serve a vegetarian friend. I wanted to meet his needs but also make something I would be interested in eating. Works well with any dry white wine.
