VOL AU VENTS WITH BACON AND PEAS

A simple, easy and quick Italian appetizer recipe.

12 vol au vents
150 gr of peas
10 gr of bacon
pepper
sage
Preparation
Coarsely chop the bacon and brown for a few minutes, add two or three leaves of fresh sage and peas boiled. Cook for about ten minutes after having dusted with a pinch of pepper. Spread the mixture in vol au vents and put them in a hot oven for few minutes.
