Wesley's Bean Salad
Description
I always keep a pot of cooked dried beans or peas in the fridge. Tonight we were looking for something different. I mixed this up but it was missing something. Wesley, my 6 yea old son, suggested I put pickled peppers in it. That was what it needed and is even better after being chilled for a few hours.

2 cans pintos- drained and rinsed
1 can diced tomatoes-drained
1 small onion- diced
4 to 5 pickled peppers- sliced
mayo- enough to coat
Jerk seasoning to taste
Preparation
Drain the pintos and tomatoes. Dice the onions and peppers. Mix every thing together and add enough mayo to coat. Add the Jerk seasoning to taste.
