'Yummy' Chocolate delight

This is a more'ish chocolate desert, based on a canarian recipe.

4 eggs
400g Sugar
1Pkt plain Biscuits
100g Chocolate
Squeeze Lemon Juice
Pinch of Cinnamon
Preparation
1. Beat the Eggs and the Sugar
together.
2. Grind the biscuits until they
look like very fine bread
crumbs.
3. Finely grate the chocolate.
4. Place the egg mixture into a
non stick saucepan and put on a
medium heat.
5. Stirring all the time, cook for
10 minutes.
6. Take off the heat.
7. Add the bread crumbs, lemon
juice and cinnamon.
8. Mix well.
9. Add all but 2 desert spoons of
the grated chocolate.
10.Mix Well
11.Lightly oil the mould.
12.Place the mixture into the
mould.
13.Keep wetting a spatula in cold
water and press the mixture
into the mould.
14.Sprinkle the remaining 2 desert
spoons of chocolate over the
top.
15.Leave to set, this will take a
few hours at room temperature
