Prepare some choux pastry, use star nozzle and pipe 5cm lengths on the baking sheets.Bake and cool the shells.Whipped up some vanilla cream and pipe into the cooled baked puffs.Coat the top with melted chocolate.And you'll have chocolate eclairs! (read full article)
