Fried rice is a staple at any Asian restaurant, and the great thing about it is that you can change it up to suit your tastes. Don't like shrimp? Substitute chicken, or beef, or fish; you can even just go with no meat. Throw in your favorite vegetables and you have a simple meal that is ready in under 30 minutes!

This is the best chocolate cake I've ever had; moist, flavorful and frugal! It's also vegan and costs less than $3 including the icing! We make this often here and the kids adore it.

I am about to post the announcement in the community discussions. Naturally, it is on-line gathering but we meet members and spend time sharing on the events. So far, we have had a cocktail party, pot luck dinner, Julia Child Appreciation day and now the canning and preserving. Hope you can make it!
