What a great tasting and simple dinner. I used lemon pepper linguine and that marvelous lemon flavor was just the thing along with the mild baby spinach, garlic and the extra virgin olive oil drizzle. I must say that the almond texture was an inspired inclusion. Add to that the fact that it\'s fasted than a run to McDonald\'s and you have a real home run.

Oh Dear! Thank you so much. I have added the cocoa (it\'s 1/3 cup). I love this site but I do wish the recipe posting form was an open posting space it would be so much easier to use. Thanks again.

As to your question, most sites that I work with just have an open text box to post the recipes in. For me that is easier to use because it's so much more forgiving. If I make a mistake in ingredient order or miss putting one in (which happens more than I care to admit) that format is very simple to edit.
