You know, I thought about it after I had cooked it. Look in discussions and see a photo of fresh and leftover orzo. It is so much fun to eat. I am a pasta gobbler.
I am preparing the lemon orzo recipe. I don't have shallots so I will substitute a few grape tomatoes. Cannot wait. Haven't eaten all day but for one croissant.
Hiya Anniepooh, Sorry to get back to you so late. You can try the following, Can Tuna or anchovies, Steamed Chicken Slices, Ham Slices, any type of your favorite vegetables.(Vegetables I use avocado, cucumbers, and carrots. Oh one more I forgot, fish cake. I hope this help you out.

To answer your question about a feature spot, I don't think anyone has asked me yet. Theresa111 mentioned a "virtual cocktail party" in the Community section, but I'm guessing that's something different.
If the two are different, then I would absolutely love to participate in a feature spot. I will email you at your hhm address, too.
