I'm a big fried rice fan but when you order it from take-out Chinese restaurants it can be very hit or miss. Too much oil can really spoil this dish real quickly. Making this in my own kitchen is the only way to go. Thanks for this great recipe and the photo is inspiring me to try to make this on my own tonight!!!
