about me:
I was raised in Vancouver, Canada. Even though I left my heart there, I feel privileged to have lived in the United States for 15 years. She is the proud mother of two young boys. While she spends much of her time thinking of and experimenting with food, I also have a day job. My husband and I are consultants for families who wish to set up intensive behavioral programs for children with autism. They are dedicated to making these amazing children reach their full potential.
My mother is a fabulous, instinctual cook and taught me to experiment with many international flavors while using fresh, local ingredients as much as possible.
To clear up any confusion, “Canuck” is simply another word for a Canadian. A nod to my homeland.
