I have created this recipe almost 30 years ago whereas my husband loves my Italian cooking. I love growing my own basil plants and they are within my reach at any time!

30 years ago before I met my husband, I was his "roommate"! One morning he asked if I'd like to have some waffled french toast. I asked, "what?!" He said let me make you some if you like french toast. Oh, wow, I love it... so crispy! To this day when he ask if I'd like to have some, I say "hell, yeah"! Thank you, honey!
