Lakelady, sorry to have confused you with pinchitos spice mix! My blog recipe states that I purchase the spice mix, it is also available online to purchase too. You mention some of my recipes here have frustrating things like this. Perhaps you could be more specific about such recipes and your particular frustrations!!!!!! as you are anonymous I am unable to get in touch!!!!!!! Uglywolf. It\'s definitely good and easy as you say. I don\'t understand how the prep time could be underestimated, but that\'s my personal experience. As you say, spice mix is available online. I personally have not perfected my own mix as yet, but when I do I shall include a recipe. Thanks.
