This is the recipe of a poor cake of the zone of Como, in Italy, made in order to recycle the dry bread and old fruits. So there is neither a version orotodossa and accurate, nor a dogmatic statement about the fruit contain: people used what the had at home. So I am simply suggesting a base, an idea, that you can personalize whatever you want, adding other fruits, or chocolate, or nuts, or liquor...
